Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks Par Boiled 5 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Pepper corns 7-8
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1.In a pan heat butter and oil together. Add the chopped Garlic and the Garlic paste and stir fry till the raw aroma goes. To this add the black pepper corn and stir fry all of them together for yet another minute
2.Add the par-boiled chicken drumsticks to the pan and then add salt to taste. Mix well. Fry the drumsticks till they are well done and you get a nice grilled golden colour on all the sides.
3.At the end sprinkle pepper powder and sauté for few more minutes and serve hot.
Chef’s Note: ” In the same pan sauté some quartered onions and tomatoes as a tossed salad on the sides. Onion and tomatoes sautéed in butter smells and tastes divine”
