Every Bengali knows how it feels to have a bowl of Bhapa Doi after every meal...Bliss!!!
Ingredients
3/4 cup hung curd
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp saffron soaked in milk
Ghee for greasing
Chopped pistachio for garnishing
2.To this add the milk and saffron soaked in milk.Mix them all together.
3.By this time keep your steamer ready.
4.Take small cups grease them with ghee.Pour the curd mixture to these greased cups.Top it with pistachio.Cover the cups with foil.
5.Carefully place them in the steamer.Close the lid of the steamer and cook for 15 mins.
6.Take out the cups and let them cool.Refrigerate them for at least 2 hours before serving.
